Provider referral
Applicant is guided toward authorized legal-service providers, attorney partners, or DOJ-accredited organizations where appropriate.

Applicant receives a consultation prep plan, questions to ask, documents to bring, and follow-up reminders.
Impact reporting
The OS tracks intakes, referrals, appointments, follow-ups, outcomes, unmet demand, and grant-ready metrics.
